What Do I Need to Do?

Go to an AT&T-owned retail store. You must go to a store to receive this discount. It cannot be ordered over the phone or on AT&T's website. |

Tell the sales representative that you are eligible for the union discount and that the "FAN Number" for the discount is 00113662. Be prepared to show one of these forms of union membership. |

CWA Retirees: You are eligible for the discount if you can show membership in a CWA Retired Members Chapter.

Follow the same procedure. You will need to sign up for a new two-year service agreement.
